Objective To explore the clinical effect of Soothing and Dizzy decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of cervicogenic vertigo phlegm-dampness obstruction pattern. Methods A total of 60 CV patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with oral Soothing and Dizzy Decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, and the control group was treated with oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules for 2 weeks, and the treatment effects and changes in hemorheology and hemodynamics before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results(1) The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, which was higher than that of the control group (63.3%), and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05).(2) After treatment, the hemorheological indexes (whole blood hypercut viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, whole blood lowcut viscosity) and hemodynamic indexes (vertebrobasilar artery average blood flow velocity) in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).(3) During the treatment, the two groups did not have any adverse reactions such as palpitation, chest tightness, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea or aggravation of dizziness. Conclusion:It is more advantageous to combine Soothing and Dizzy decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule to treat cervical vertigo, and it can effectively reduce blood viscosity and improve blood circulation, promote blood supply to the brain, and then improve symptoms such as dizziness, numbness of upper limbs, stiffness and pain in the neck. |
