| 湿疹是以红斑、丘疱疹、渗出、苔藓样变为特征的对称性、多形性真皮浅层及表皮炎症皮肤病,西医治疗上,具有复发率高、副作用较大等问题,当归饮子作为血虚风燥证之代表方,在临床治疗湿疹方面取得了良好疗效。该文追溯当归饮子历史源流,探讨其组方意义,总结近年来当归饮子加减治疗湿疹的一系列临床应用及基础药理研究,以该文综述之,以期当归饮子能在临床得到更加广泛、灵活的应用,并对其临床有效性、药理安全性进行深入总结研究。 |

| Eczema is a symmetrical, polymorphic superficial dermal and epidermal inflammatory skin disease characterized by erythema, papules, exudation, and mossy changes. In western medicine, it has the problems of high recurrence rate and side effects, etc. As a representative formula for blood deficiency and wind-dryness, Angelica sinensis drink has gained good therapeutic effect in the clinical treatment of eczema. This article traces the historical origin of Angelica sinensis, discusses the significance of its formula, and summarizes a series of clinical applications and basic pharmacological studies on the treatment of eczema with the addition and subtraction of Angelica sinensis in recent years, in order to review the article, so as to ensure that the Angelica sinensis can be more widely and flexibly applied in the clinic and to summarize and study the clinical efficacy and pharmacological safety of Angelica sinensis in-depth. To trace the historical origin of Angelica sinensis drink, to discuss the significance of the formula, to summarize a series of clinical applications and animal studies on the treatment of eczema with the addition and subtraction of Angelica sinensis drink in recent years, and to provide an overview in this article, in order that Angelica sinensis drink can be more widely and flexibly applied in the clinic, and in order to conduct in-depth research on its clinical effectiveness and pharmacological safety. |
