| 目的：探讨葛九补肾强骨汤对老年骨质疏松症(OP)患者的治疗效果及对其骨代谢指标的影响。方法：选取2022年10月至2023年10月就诊于我院内分泌科符合标准的门诊及住院病人治疗的60例OP患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组及对照组各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合使用葛九补肾强骨汤治疗。比较治疗前、治疗12周后两组患者骨密度(BMD)、血清骨型碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、血钙(Ca)、总 I 型前胶原N端肽(T- P1NP)、β-胶原特殊序列( β-CTX) 、中医症候疗效评分、骨代谢骨钙素(BGP)水平及生活质量情况,记录两组患者临床疗效。结果：(1)治疗12周后,两组受试者 BMD均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组(P < 0. 05) ；(2)两组患者T- P1NP、均低于治疗前,β-CTX均高于治疗前；且治疗组 ＰＩＮＰ均低于对照组 (Ｐ＜０．０５),β－CTX高于对照组(P < 0. 05 )；(3)治疗组患者临床总有效率明显髙于对照组(P <0.05)；(4)两组患者生活质量水平均高于治疗前,且质量组髙于对照组(P <0.05)。结论：自拟葛九补肾强骨汤治疗OP患者疗效显著,能改善其骨代谢状态,增强骨密度水平,提高患者生活质量。 |

| Obiective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Gejiu Kidney-tonifying and Bone-strengthening Decoction on elderly patients with osteoporosis and its impact on bone metabolism indicators.Methods:Select 60 OP patients who received treatment from outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital"s endocrinology department from October 2022 to October 2023, and divide them into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group, using a random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with a combination of Gejiu Kidney-Tonifying and Bone-Strengthening decoction on this basis.Compare the bone mineral density(BMD), serum bone type alkaline phosphatase(BALP), blood calcium(Ca),total type I procollagen N-terminal peptide(T-P1NP),β-collagen specific sequences(β-Crosslaps), traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy score, bone metabolism osteocalcin (BGP) levels, and quality of life between the two groups of patients before and 12 weeks after treatment. Record the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of treatment, the BMD of both groups of subjects was higher than before treatment, and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05);(2)The T-P1NP andβ-Crosslaps levels in both groups of patients were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);(3)The total clinical effective rate of patients in the treatment group is significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);(4)The quality of life levels of both groups of patients were higher than before treatment, and the quality group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:The self formulated Gejiu Kidney-Tonifying and Bone-Strengthening decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on OP patients,it Can improve its bone metabolism status, enhance bone density levels, and improve the quality of life of patients. |
