| 【】 目的:根据“黄元御癫狂理论”的苓甘姜附龙骨汤治疗青少年抑郁障碍的疗效研究。方法:从张家港市第四人民医院临床心理科住院部中的60名青少年抑郁障碍患者中随机分为研究组和对照组,两组患者均进行系统的抗抑郁治疗,对照组采用纯西药治疗,干预组采用西药加苓甘姜附龙骨汤剂治疗,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)及家庭负担会谈量表(FBS)对两组病人治疗前后患者抑郁焦虑症状及家庭功能进行评价比较。结果:治疗后研究组汉密尔顿抑郁和焦虑得分均低于对照组(t=5.942,p<0.01; t=5.53,p<0.01)；FAD得分低于对照组(t=9.14,p<0.01)；FBS得分低于对照组(t=3.973,p<0.01),差异均有统计学意义,中药组住院时间明显短于对照组。结论:结合了苓甘姜附龙骨汤的治疗能提高青少年抑郁障碍患者的临床疗效,并可以改善家庭功能。 |

| Objective This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Ling Gan Jiang Fu Long Gu Tang, based on Huang Yuan Yu"s theory of mania, in treating adolescent depressive disorders. Methods Sixty adolescent patients with depressive disorders from the inpatient department of clinical psychology at Zhangjiagang City Fourth People"s Hospital were randomly divided into a study group and a control group. Both groups received systematic antidepressant treatments. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the intervention group received a combination of Western medicine and traditional Chinese herbal decoction. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Family Assessment Device (FAD), and Family Burden Interview Scale (FBS) were employed to assess and compare the depressive and anxious symptoms as well as family functioning of the patients before and after treatment. Results Post-treatment scores for both Hamilton Depression and Anxiety in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t=5.942, p<0.01; t=5.53, p<0.01). The FAD scores were lower in the study group compared to the control group (t=9.14, p<0.01), as were the FBS scores (t=3.973, p<0.01). These differences were statistically significant. Additionally, the length of hospital stay was notably shorter in the study group. Conclusion The treatment combining Ling Gan Jiang Fu Long Gu Tang effectively enhances clinical outcomes in adolescents with depressive disorders and can improve family functioning. |
