| 目的:观察温潜法治疗高血压肾损害的临床疗效。方法:60例高血压肾损害患者随机分成对照组与治疗组,每组30例,对照组给予缬沙坦胶囊80mg/d口服,治疗组在对照组基础上口服温肾潜阳汤,疗程均为12周。观察两组治疗前后症状、血压、尿微量白蛋白、24小时尿蛋白定量及尿β2-微球蛋白的变化情况。结果:对照组脱落3例,治疗组脱落2例,对照组与治疗组均能降低血压及尿蛋白,但治疗组对症状改善程度优于对照组,治疗组24小时尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白及尿β2微球蛋白改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温肾潜阳汤可有效改善高血压肾损害临床症状,减少高血压肾损伤患者尿蛋白水平。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wenqian therapy in the treatment of hypertensive renal damage. Methods: 60 patients with hypertensive renal impairment were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group, the control group was given valsartan capsules 80mg/d Oral administration, the treatment group was given Wenshen Qianyang Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the course of treatment was 12 weeks. The changes of symptoms, blood pressure, urine microalbumin, 24-hour urine protein quantification and urine β2-microglobulin before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results: 3 cases dropped out in the control group and 2 cases in the treatment group. Both the control group and the treatment group could reduce blood pressure and urinary protein, but the treatment group had better symptom improvement than the control group. The improvement of urinary β2 microglobulin was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Wenshen Qianyang Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of hypertensive renal damage and reduce the urine protein level in patients with hypertensive renal damage. |
