| 目的:观察儿童调脾膏联合针刺疗法治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年6月就诊于我院的100例小儿厌食症患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各50例。对照组给予醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,治疗组给予儿童调脾膏联合针刺四缝穴治疗,连续治疗1月,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候总积分变化。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率92.00%显著高于对照组82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后两组中医证候总积分显著下降,且治疗组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；结论:儿童调脾膏联合针刺疗法治疗小儿厌食症效果良好,能显著改善厌食症患儿的临床症状。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of children Tiaopi ointment combined with acupuncture in the treatment of infantile anorexia. Methods: 100 cases of anorexia children in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xingpi Yanger Granule, and the treatment group was treated with children Tiaopi ointment combined with acupuncture at Sifeng point for 1 month. The clinical efficacy and total score of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 92.00% in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 82.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); After treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased significantly, and the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); Conclusion: Children"s Tiaopi ointment combined with acupuncture has a good effect in the treatment of infantile anorexia, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with anorexia. |
