| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并衰弱对患者的生活质量和预后造成严重影响。中医药作为我国传统医学的重要组成部分,以“子疾累母”理论及五行相生相克的理论,结合培土生金法,为治疗慢阻肺合并衰弱提供了独特的视角。本文旨在从“子疾累母”理论出发,探讨培土生金法治疗慢阻肺合并衰弱的理论依据和临床应用,通过调理患者体内五行生克平衡,增强肺脾功能,从而改善慢阻肺合并衰弱患者的症状,以期形成“子疾累母”理论的诊疗模式,为中医药在慢阻肺合并衰弱治疗中的应用提供理论支持。 |

| The comorbidity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and debilitation significantly impacts patients" quality of life and prognosis. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) plays a crucial role in our country"s medical system, and it provides a unique perspective for the treatment of COPD with debilitation using the theory of sub-disease and mother and the theory of interactions between the Five Elements. In this paper, we aim to explore the theoretical basis and clinical application of the soil-nurturing to generate gold method in treating COPD with debilitation, starting from the theory of sub-disease and mother. By balancing the interactions between the Five Elements within the patient"s body, enhancing lung and spleen functions, and improving the symptoms of patients with COPD and debilitation, we hope to establish a diagnostic and therapeutic model based on the theory of sub-disease and mother. This can provide theoretical support for the application of TCM in the treatment of comorbid COPD with debilitation. |
