| 恶性腹水(MA)是恶性肿瘤的晚期并发症之一,是腹腔内液体的异常积聚,会严重影响患者的生活质量,甚至干扰全身化疗的治疗进程和效果。中医药研究MA取得了长足的进步,在治疗恶性腹水具有其独特的优势。本文旨在探究恶性腹水的病因病机、治则治法、临床研究,以便为MA的临床治疗提供思路。 |

| Malignant ascites (MA), one of the late complications of malignant tumors, is an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity, which can seriously affect the quality of life of patients and even interfere with the treatment process and effect of systemic chemotherapy. Chinese medicine research MA has made great progress and has its unique advantages in the treatment of malignant ascites. The purpose of this paper is to explore the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and clinical research of malignant ascites, in order to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of MA. |
