| 原发性肝癌发病机制复杂,主要与慢性炎症、代谢性肝损伤、基因突变及遗传变异密切相关。中医药治疗原发性肝癌的机制主要是改善肿瘤细胞免疫微环境、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、减轻抗肿瘤药物副作用。中医药(包括针灸及穴位敷贴)联合TACE、放化疗、分子靶向治疗、免疫治疗的中西医结合治疗成为当前原发性肝癌治疗的重要选择,可以改善治疗相关不良反应、患者生存质量及生存期等。故本文对中西医结合治疗原发型肝癌的基础和临床研究现状进行综述,以促进中医药在原发性肝癌治疗中的应用。 |

| The pathogenesis of primary liver cancer is complex and closely related to chronic inflammation, metabolic liver damage, genetic mutations, and hereditary variations. The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in treating primary liver cancer mainly involves improving the immune microenvironment of tumor cells, inducing tumor cell apoptosis, and mitigating the side effects of antineoplastic drugs. The integration of TCM (including acupuncture andmoxibustion, as well as acupoint plastering) with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE), radiochemotherapy, molecular targeted therapy, and immunotherapy has become an important choice for the current treatment of primary liver cancer. This integrated approach can improve treatment-related adverse reactions, patient quality of life, and survival time. Therefore, this article reviews the current status of basic and clinical research on the integrated treatment of primary liver cancer with TCM and Western medicine to promote the application of TCM in the treatment of primary liver cancer. |
