| 前庭性偏头痛(VM)是以发作性头晕为主要症状的一种常见疾病。其反复发作,对患者的正常生活带来相当大程度的危害和影响。现代医学对VM的发病机制尚未研究明确,且缺乏特异性检查手段,对VM诊断主要以病史、症状为主。现代医学分为发作期与发作间期的治疗,但治疗效果有限,相较而言,祖国医学医治VM具有一定优势。本文主要从VM的发病机制、诊断、现代医学治疗、中医证型及中医治疗进行阐述。 |

| Vestibular migraine (VM) is a common disease characterized by episodic dizziness. Its repeated attacks can cause varying degrees of harm and impact on the normal life of patients. The research on the pathogenesis of VM in clinical medicine is not yet clear, and there is a lack of specific diagnostic methods. The diagnosis of VM mainly relies on medical history and symptoms. Clinical medicine is divided into episodic and interepisodic treatment, but the treatment effect is limited.In comparison, the traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating VM. This article mainly elaborates on the pathogenesis,diagnosis,clinical medical treatment, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of VM. |
