      目的:探讨障眼明片联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的有效性和安全性。方法:收集白内障超声乳化术后干眼症患者60名,随机分为对照组和试验组,其中试验组31例,对照组29例。于白内障术后2周开始给药,对照组给予0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合口服障眼明片,两组疗程均为4周。比较两组患者的干眼症综合疗效、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量、泪河高度和眼部疾病指数(OSDI)评分,并记录试验期间不良事件发生情况。结果:治疗4周后,两组的泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量和泪河高度均显著增加(P <0.05),OSDI评分均显著降低(P <0.05),且试验组的平均泪膜破裂时间和泪液分泌量显著高于对照组(P <0.05),OSDI评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组(93.5%)的总有效率显著高于对照组(72.4%)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生不良事件。结论:障眼明片联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症,可显著增加患者的平均泪膜破裂时间和泪液分泌量,改善眼部症状,整体疗效优于单用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,且安全性良好。

      Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of Zhangyanming tablets (ZYMT) combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye disease (DED) after phacoemulsification. Methods: A total of sixty patients with DED after phacoemulsification were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 31 cases in the experimental group and 29 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops, and the experimental group was treated with ZYMT on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The comprehensive efficacy of DED, tear film break-up time, tear secretion, tear meniscus height and ocular surface disease index (OSDI) score were compared between the two groups, and the occurrence of adverse events during the trial was recorded. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the tear film break-up time, schirmer's secretion and tear meniscus height of the two groups were significantly increased (P <0.05), and the OSDI score was significantly decreased (P <0.05). The tear film break-up time and schirmer's secretion of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05), and the OSDI score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group (93.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.4%). No adverse events occurred in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion: The treatment of DED after cataract surgery with ZYMT combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops can significantly increase the tear film break-up time and tear secretion, improve ocular symptoms, and the overall efficacy is better than the treatment with sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone, with good safety.
