      目的 观察五皮五藤饮辅助治疗热痹型膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法 取2021年5月~2023年5月宁德市中医院的78例热痹型KOA患者,采用简单随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予五皮五藤饮辅助治疗,比较两组疗效、中医证候积分及血清、关节液中炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)]和不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(92.31%)高于对照组(71.79%)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗6周后中医证候积分和血清、关节液中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组中医证候积分和血清、关节液中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(5.13%)低于对照组(20.51%)(P<0.05)。结论 五皮五藤饮辅助治疗热痹型KOA患者的疗效显著,可改善临床症状,降低血清及关节液中炎性因子表达。

      Objective To observe the effect of Wupi Wuteng decoction in the treatment of heat-bi type knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods 78 patients with heat arthraltic KOA admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 39 cases in each group. The Control group was treated with Western medicine, observation group was treated with Wupi Wuteng drink on the basis of control group. The efficacy, symptom scores, inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1) and safety in serum and joint fluid were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of observation group (92.31%) was higher than control group (71.79%).(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, TCM symptom score and levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1 in serum and joint fluid of 2 groups were decreased after 6 weeks of treatment (P<0.05), and TCM symptom score and levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1 in serum and joint fluid of observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of observation group (5.13%) was lower than control group (20.51%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Wupiwutengyin can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors in serum and joint fluid.
