| 目的: 评价温阳活血利水方药对急性失代偿心力衰竭患者（阳虚水泛证）血流动力学的影响。方法：将患者随机分成对照组和治疗组，均参照2018年《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南》治疗，治疗组加用温阳活血利水方药。比较两组患者治疗后每搏输出量、每搏指数、心排血量、心脏指数、全身血管阻力、全身血管阻力指数、氧运送量、峰值流速等血流动力学指标。结果: 温阳活血利水方药能够显著增强心脏泵血功能，增加急性心衰患者的心输出量，降低外周血管阻力，改善周围组织器官的氧供。结论: 温阳活血利水方药能改善急性失代偿心力衰竭患者血流动力学。 |

| Objective:Evaluate the effect of Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Decoction on hemodynamics in patients with acute decompensated heart failure (Syndrome of water over-flowing due to Yang- insufficiency).Methods: Randomly divide patients into a control group and a treatment group. Both groups received the standard treatment according to the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure.The treatment group added the Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Decoction. Compare the hemodynamic indicators such as stroke volume, stroke volume index, cardiac output, cardiac index, systemic vascular resistance, systemic vascular resistance index, oxygen delivery, and velocity peak between two groups of patients after treatment.Results:Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Decoction can significantly enhance the pumping function of the heart, increase cardiac output in patients with acute heart failure, reduce peripheral vascular resistance, and improve oxygen supply to surrounding tissues and organs.Conclusion: Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Decoction can improve the hemodynamics of patients with acute decompensated heart failure. |
