      目的? 研究乳核散结片对肝郁气滞寒凝血瘀型大鼠血液流变学和“离经之血”血瘀模型小鼠红细胞吸收的影响。方法? SD大鼠盐酸肾上腺素注射液皮下注射,并于实验期间进行冷刺激,制备气滞寒凝血瘀模型,小鼠腹腔注射抗凝羊血红细胞悬液制备“离经之血”血瘀模型,观察乳核散结片对血瘀证模型血液流变学及瘀血吸收能力的作用。结果? 与空白对照组相比,血瘀模型组全血黏度的低、中、高切变均大幅度升高(P < 0.001),血浆、血清粘度及纤维蛋白原粘度增高(P < 0.05,P < 0.001),红细胞压积和聚集指数增大(P < 0.001),同时红细胞变形指数减小。与血瘀模型组相比,给予乳核散结片低、中、高剂量组大鼠的全血粘度低、中、高切变值均有不同程度的下降(P < 0.001),血浆粘度、血清粘度、纤维蛋白粘度、红细胞压积和聚集指数下降(P < 0.001),红细胞的变形指数增加(P < 0.001)。给予乳核散结片低、中、高剂量组小鼠能有效吸收体内瘀血,与空白对照组相比,中、高给药组小鼠腹腔内残余红细胞数目持续明显减少(P < 0.05,P < 0.001)。结论? 乳核散结片具有改善血液流变学指标,可减轻血瘀证症状,促进瘀血吸收,具有较好的活血化瘀作用。

      Objective To study the effect of Ruhe Sanjie tablet on hemorheology of liver Qi stagnation cold coagulation blood stasis type rats and erythrocyte absorption of blood stasis model mice. Methods SD rats were injected subcutaneously with adrenalin hydrochloride and underwent cold stimulation during the experiment to prepare qi stagnation and cold coagulation blood stasis model. Mice were injected intraperitoneally with anticoagulant sheep red blood cell suspension to prepare blood stasis model of "deviating from the meridian". The effect of Ruhe Sanjie tablet on blood rheology and blood stasis absorption capacity of blood stasis model was observed. Results Compared with blank control group, low, medium and high shear of whole blood viscosity in blood stasis model group were significantly increased (P < 0.001), plasma and serum viscosity and fibrinogen viscosity were increased (P < 0.05, P < 0.001), hematocyte and aggregation index were increased (P < 0.001), and erythrocyte deformation index was decreased. Compared with blood stasis model group, low, medium and high shear values of whole blood viscosity of rats in low, medium and high doses of Ruhe Sanjie tablets were decreased to varying degrees (P < 0.001), and plasma viscosity, serum viscosity, fibrin viscosity, hematocele and aggregation index were decreased (P < 0.001). Erythrocyte deformation index increased (P < 0.001). Mice in low, medium and high dose groups of Ruhe Sanjie tablet could effectively absorb blood stasis. Compared with blank control group, the number of residual red blood cells in the abdominal cavity of mice in medium and high dose groups continued to decrease significantly (P < 0.05, P < 0.001). Conclusion Ruhe Sanjie tablet can improve the hemorheology index, reduce the symptoms of blood stasis syndrome, promote blood stasis absorption, and has a good effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
