| 非酒精性脂肪性肝病是常见的慢性肝病之一，可进展为肝硬化和肝癌，发病机制复杂且至今缺乏特效药物，中医药在此显现出安全有效的优势。本文通过归纳总结近年来中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关文献，从非酒精性脂肪性肝病的概述、病因病机、内服治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的中药复方、中成药、中药及单体等方面进行综述，以期为中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病提供参考和思路。 |

| Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is one of the common chronic liver diseases, which can progress to cirrhosis and liver cancer. The pathogenesis is complex, and there is limited effective drugs so far. Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of safety and efficacy here. By summarizing the relevant literature on the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in recent years, this article summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis, and oral herbs of traditional Chinese medicine in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. |
