甲状腺癌是目前世界范围内发病率升高速度较快的恶性肿瘤之一, NTRK基因融合,作为肿瘤的驱动基因之一,通过激活致癌基因、改变细胞粘附性、神经浸润和迁移等可能机制,在甲状腺癌的发病机制中扮演着重要角色。目前主要通过免疫组化、荧光原位杂交、反向转录聚合酶链式反应和基于DNA/RNA的下一代测序等技术进行检测,一旦发现检测结果阳性,及时选用拉罗替尼等靶向药物进行治疗。 |

Thyroid cancer is one of the malignant tumors with a relatively fast growth rate of incidence worldwide. As one of the driving genes of tumors, NTRK gene fusion plays an important role in the pathogenesis of thyroid cancer through possible mechanisms ,such as activating oncogenes, altering cell adhesion, neural infiltration and migration. Currently, it is mainly detected through technologies such as immunohistochemistry, fluorescence in situ hybridization, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, and next-generation sequencing based on DNA/RNA. Once the test results are positive, targeted drugs such as larotrectinib should be used in time for intervention. |
