| 摘 要 目的：分析引火归元配穴针刺对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗后呕吐的影响。方法：将2020年1月~2021年4月在广东省第二中医院肿瘤科门诊及住院部收治的66例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组33例。对照组在常规化疗方案上给予盐酸帕洛诺司琼治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上增加引火归元配穴针刺治疗。对比2组治疗1个疗程后的治疗效果、生活质量及解救药物使用情况。结果：治疗后，治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组Karnofsky评分（KPS）评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗中，两组患者均未使用解救药物，无其他明显并发症。结论：引火归元配穴针刺能有效地缓解晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后呕吐恶心的不良反应，还能改善化疗患者的生活质量，治疗安全性高。 |

| Objective: To analyze the effect of Huo GUI Yuan acupuncture on vomiting after chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: From January 2020 to April 2021, 66 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the outpatient and inpatient department of Oncology in the Second Middle School Hospital of Guangdong Province were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with palonosetron hydrochloride in addition to conventional chemotherapy, and the treatment group was treated with fuhuo GUI Yuan point acupuncture. The therapeutic effect, quality of life and use of rescue drugs were compared between the two groups after 1 course of treatment. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The Karnofsky score (KPS) of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). During treatment, no rescue drugs were used in both groups, and there were no other obvious complications. Conclusion: Fire Guiyuan acupuncture can effectively relieve the adverse reaction of vomiting and nausea after chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, and can also improve the quality of life of patients with chemotherapy, and the treatment is safe. |
