| 目的 探讨推拿联合耳穴压豆疗法对儿童孤独症核心 症状的作用。这项研究选取了本院在2024年1月至2024年12月间收治的40名儿童孤独症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20人。对照组执行常规康复训练计划,治疗组则联合运用中医推拿和耳穴压豆疗法,在常规康复训练基础上进行联合治疗。经过三个月的治疗对两组患儿的儿童自闭症评定表(CARS)评分,自闭症行为评定表(ABC)评分,发育商(DQ)评分,治疗前后有效率进行比较。结果表明,在治疗前,两组儿童CARS、ABC和DQ的评分没有发现有统计学意义。经过3个月治疗与治疗前同组之间比较,DQ评分与治疗前有所上升,CARS评分均有所下降,两者之间的差值(P<0.05)均有统计学意义。治疗组的CARS分数比对照组低,DQ分数比对照组高,两者之间的差异在统计学上存在明显差异(P<0.05)。同时,治疗组的整体有效率为90.0%,比对照组的55.0%有明显提高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医穴位推拿联合耳穴压豆疗法与康复训练相结合,能有效改善儿童孤独症症状,提高治疗效果,是值得提倡的积极疗法。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with auricular point pressing therapy on the core symptoms of childhood autism. Methods Forty children with autism admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group implemented a conventional rehabilitation training program, while the treatment group combined traditional Chinese medicine massage and auricular point pressing therapy on the basis of conventional rehabilitation training. After three months of treatment, the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) score, Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC) score, developmental quotient (DQ) score, and treatment effective rate of the two groups of children were compared. The results showed that before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in CARS, ABC, and DQ scores between the two groups of children (P>0.05). After treatment, the CARS scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment in the same group, and the DQ scores increased compared with those before treatment. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The CARS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the DQ score was higher than that of the control group. The differences were also statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, which was higher than 55.0% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with auricular point pressing therapy combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the symptoms of children with autism and improve the treatment effect. It is a positive treatment method and worthy of promotion. |
