| 男性性腺功能减退症是指在不同的2日内男性空腹总睾酮小于12nmol/L,并且出现性功能障碍、情志改变及与睾酮缺乏相关症状的代谢综合征。研究发现,五子衍宗丸作为“古今第一种子方”,除了可以提高生育能力外还能增加睾酮水平、改善男性性腺功能,其机制与调控下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴密切相关,同时与多种细胞信号通路的调节密不可分,并且尚有促进细胞增殖、抑制细胞凋亡、抗氧化应激、抗炎及调节自噬水平等潜在机制。本研究旨在探讨五子衍宗丸治疗男性性腺功能减退症的理论机制,为临床合理、安全用药提供依据。 |

| Male hypogonadism refers to a metabolic syndrome in which the total fasting testosterone in males is less than 12 nmol/L within two different days,and there are sexual dysfunction,emotional changes,and testosterone deficiency related symptoms.In the drug treatment of male hypogonadism, testosterone replacement therapy is mainly used, but there is still a risk of inhibiting fertility function.Researches have found that Wuzi Yanzong Pill,as "the first compound enhancing male fertility of ancient and modern times",can not only improve fertility but also increase testosterone levels and improve male gonadal function. The mechanisms are closely related to the regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and inseparable from the regulation of various cellular signaling pathways,while probably relevant to promoting cell proliferation,inhibiting cell apoptosis,antioxidant stress,anti-inflammatory and regulating autophagy levels.The aim of this study is to explore the theoretical mechanisms of Wuzi Yanzong Pill in the treatment of male hypogonadism,and provide a basis use of medication in clinical practice for the rational and safe. |
