| 郑洪新教授传承国医大师周学文“毒热”是胃溃疡活动期的主要病因病机以及“以痈论治”胃溃疡活动期治则,参以“调气”之法,在临床中治疗胃溃疡时,以“审证求因、分期诊治、辨证治疗”为特色,活动期急则治标,治宜清热解毒；缓解期缓则治本,以气机升降失常为主要病机,治宜调节气机；调理脾胃,贯穿始终。通过整理郑洪新教授医案、门诊跟师侍诊、及时整理跟师笔记、撰写心得体会及月记、跟随老师进行医案讨论、学习老师相关著作及论文等形式,参悟老师治疗疾病的规律及特点,本文系统总结郑洪新教授诊治胃溃疡的临床经验及用药特色,旨在提高中医药治疗疾病的临床疗效。 |

| Professor Zheng Hongxin has inherited the theory from the renowned Chinese medical master Zhou Xuewen that "toxic heat" is the primary cause and pathogenesis of active stage gastric ulcers, as well as the principle of "treating carbuncle" during this phase. In clinical practice for treating gastric ulcers, Professor Zheng emphasizes a method characterized by "investigating causes, staging diagnosis and treatment, and syndrome differentiation." Specifically, for the acute active stage, the treatment should focus on clearing heat and detoxifying to address symptoms. During the remission period, efforts should be made to cure the root cause of the disease and regulate the abnormal lifting of qi. Throughout the entire course of treatment, the spleen and stomach functions should be regulated. This paper systematically summarizes Professor Zheng Hongxin"s clinical experience and medication characteristics in diagnosing and treating gastric ulcers. The summary is based on organizing Professor Zheng"s medical records, consulting with outpatient physicians, timely documenting his notes, writing down his experiences and monthly observations, discussing medical records with teachers, and studying relevant books and papers authored by him. The aim is to enhance the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in treating diseases. |
