| 目的：探究虚汗停颗粒联合维生素D滴剂治疗气阴两虚型维生素D缺乏的临床疗效。方法：选取广州市妇女儿童医疗中心儿内科在2020年2月至2022年1月间收治的80名缺乏维生素D(气阴两虚型)的儿童作为研究对象，进行分组研究，每组40例。对照组仅使用维生素D滴剂治疗，观察组给予维生素D滴剂及虚汗停颗粒联合治疗。对比两组的临床总有效率、治疗前后的血清 25（OH）D 、钙、磷与碱性磷酸酶（ALP）水平和中医证候积分。结果：观察组患儿治疗8周后的临床有效率（95.0%）明显比对照组（70.0%）高（P<0.05）；观察组患儿治疗8周后血清25（OH）D、钙、水平含量明显高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组各指标水平显著改善优于治疗前（P<0.05）；观察组患儿治疗8周后出汗、患感冒次数及口干的积分与中医证候总积分明显下降（P<0.05），出汗积分与中医证候总积分较对照组低（P<0.05）。结论：对气阴两虚型维生素D缺乏患儿采取虚汗停颗粒及维生素D联合治疗方案，可改善临床症状，具有良好的安全性，有效率更高。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuhanting granule combined with vitamin D drops in the treatment of vitamin D deficiency of Qi-Yin deficiency type.Methods: From January 2022 to January 2024, 80 cases of vitamin D deficiency with Qi-Yin deficiency type were selected as the research objects, and 40 cases in each group were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with vitamin D drops only, and the observation group was treated with vitamin D drops and Xuhanting granules.The total clinical effective rate, serum 25 (OH) D level before and after treatment and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, the observation group had a significantly higher clinical effective rate (95.0%) than the control group (70.0%) (P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the observation group had a significantly higher serum level of 25 (OH) D than the control group (P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the observation group had significant reductions in the scores of sweating, frequency of cold, dry mouth and total TCM syndrome score (P<0.05), and the observation group had significantly lower scores of sweating and total TCM syndrome score than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: For children with vitamin D deficiency of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, the combined treatment of Xuhanting granule and vitamin D can improve clinical symptoms, with good safety and higher efficiency. |
