| 目的:分析复方黄柏祛癣搽剂联合耳内镜技术对真菌性外耳道炎的干预效果。 方法： 选取2022年1月至2024年3月本院收治的真菌性外耳道炎病例90例为研究对象，将其分为两组，各45例，治疗组采用复方黄柏祛癣搽剂治疗，对照组采用达克宁乳膏治疗。两组均每日早晚给药1次，疗程2周。比较两组治疗前后的血清指标水平、耳道内pH、VAS评分，比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后，治疗组TNF-α、CRP、IL-2水平显著低于对照组，治疗组耳道内pH、VAS评分显著低于对照组，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论：复方黄柏制剂联合耳内镜治疗可有效缓解真菌性外耳道炎患者的炎性反应及临床症状，且安全性可控，具有临床推广价值。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Huangbai dispelling ringworm ointment combined with otoscopy in the treatment of fungal otitis externa. Method: A total of 90 patients diagnosed with fungal otitis externa between January 2022 and March 2024 were randomly allocated to two groups (n=45 each). The treatment group received topical application of Compound Huangbai dispelling ringworm ointment, while the control group was treated with Dakning cream. Both groups underwent twice-daily treatment for 2 weeks. *Serum inflammatory markers (TNF-α, CRP, IL-2), pH of the external auditory canal, and pain intensity (assessed by visual analogue scale, VAS)* were measured before and after intervention. Clinical outcomes and adverse events were statistically analyzed. Compare the serum index levels, ear canal pH, VAS scores before and after treatment between two groups, and compare the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Result: Post-treatment, the treatment group demonstrated a greater reduction in serum TNF-α, CRP, and IL-2 levels compared to the control group (P<0.05). The pH values of the ear canal in the treatment group decreased from an initial acidic range to near-neutral levels, with significantly lower VAS scores than the control group (P<0.05). The overall clinical efficacy rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The integration of Compound Huangbai Quyan ointment with endoscopic intervention effectively alleviates inflammatory responses and clinical symptoms in fungal otitis externa, with comparable safety profiles to conventional antifungal therapy. This combined approach merits clinical application as an alternative treatment strategy. |
