| 血糖波动,是一种血糖在峰值和最低值之间波动的不稳定状态,其危害高于持续性高血糖,是导致糖尿病肾病等糖尿病微血管并发症的重要原因,降低血糖波动,是防治糖尿病肾病的关键。本文将从血糖波动相关评价参数、中医对血糖波动的认识、血糖波动与糖尿病肾病相关性、血糖波动加剧糖尿病肾病的机制以及中西医如何改善血糖波动防治糖尿病肾病等几个方面进行综述,以期为临床及基础研究提供参考。 |

| Glycemic variability is an unstable state characterized by oscillations between peak and nadir values, which poses a greater risk than persistent hyperglycemia. It represents a significant contributor to diabetic microvascular complications, such as diabetic nephropathy. This article provides an overview of the parameters used to evaluate blood glucose fluctuations, traditional Chinese medicine"s understanding on glycemic variability, the relationship between glycemic excursions and diabetic nephropathy, the mechanisms underlying how blood glucose fluctuations exacerbate diabetic nephropathy, as well as approaches for preventing and treating diabetic nephropathy through improving glycemic variability using both traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The purpose of this study is to offer a point of reference for both clinical and fundamental research. |
