| 目的 本研究旨在利用CiteSpace软件,对近11年关于中医药治疗膝骨关节炎方面的文献进行计量和可视化分析,揭示该领域的研究热点及未来的研究方向。方法 检索中国知网数据库中2014年1月至2024年12月间关于中医药治疗膝骨关节炎的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件对文献的作者、研究机构和关键词等信息进行可视化处理,绘制图谱。结果 本研究收集了901篇相关文献,年发文量逐年增长。图谱中涵盖455位作者,316个发文机构,303个关键词。共有25个关键词显示出显著的突现现象,时间最近的是“细胞凋亡”、“氧化应激”、“用药规律”等。结论 中医药治疗膝骨关节炎的研究逐年增多,研究内容在细胞和分子水平的探讨上取得了新的突破。 |

| Objective This study aims to use CiteSpace software to conduct a quantitative and visual analysis of literature on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis over the past 11 years, revealing the research hotspots and future directions in this field. Methods Search for relevant literature on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis from January 2014 to December 2024 in the CNKI database. Use CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software to visualize and analyze information such as authors, research institutions, and Keywords, and create maps. Results This study collected 901 relevant articles, with the number of publications increasing annually. The map includes 455 authors, 316 publishing institutions, and 303 Keywords. A total of 25 Keywords showed significant burstness, with the most recent ones being "cell apoptosis," "oxidative stress," and "medication patterns." Conclusion Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has increased year by year, with new breakthroughs in exploring the topic at the cellular and molecular levels. |
