| 乳腺癌是全球女性癌症死亡的首要原因。近年来,研究发现肠道菌群与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关,而中医药在乳腺癌的防治中具有明显优势,它可以通过炎症与免疫调节、调控雌激素代谢以及影响肠道菌群代谢产物等方式影响乳腺癌的进展。本文就近五年国内外研究进展,从中医药、肠道菌群与乳腺癌三者关系出发,综述中医药通过调节肠道菌群防治乳腺癌的研究成果,以期为中医药治疗乳腺癌的临床应用和研究提供新思路和理论依据。 |

| Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths among women worldwide. In recent years, it has been found that intestinal flora is closely related to the development of breast cancer, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has obvious advantages in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer, which can affect the progression of breast cancer through inflammation and immune regulation, regulation of estrogen metabolism, and influencing the metabolites of intestinal flora. This paper summarizes the research results of TCM in preventing and treating breast cancer by regulating intestinal flora from the relationship between TCM, intestinal flora and breast cancer in the light of the domestic and international research progress in the recent five years, to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the clinical application and research of TCM in treating breast cancer. |
