| Objective: to investigate the effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction combined with continuous blood purification on acute kidney injury (Aki) and its improvement of clinical symptoms and inflammatory response. Methods: a total of 90 patients with Aki 2023 from January to December 2024 in the Department of Nephrology, Xinyang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were enrolled in this study, the random number table method was used to equally allocate them to the control group and the Observation Group for clinical control analysis, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with continuous blood purification, and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction and continuous blood purification. The changes of clinical symptoms, inflammatory reaction, effective rate and recovery of renal function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the clinical symptom score, inflammatory reaction index CRP, TNF-α, IL-8 levels and renal function index SCR, Bun, ET levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p < 0.05) , the total effective rate of observation group (93.33%) was higher than that of control group (80.00%)(p < 0.05) . Conclusion: Shenqi Dihuang decoction combined with continuous blood purification can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute kidney injury, reduce the inflammatory reaction, but also promote the recovery of renal function and further improve the clinical treatment effect. |
