| Objective: To explore the relationship between the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis, and to provide reference for clinical prevention and intervention. Methods: from February 2019 to December 2019, 150 patients with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis (CLT) and 151 healthy people were selected for the study. Questionnaire was used to investigate the general information of the subjects and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine. Thyroid related indicators of CLT patients were detected and the data were statistically analyzed. Results: among CLT patients, there were 26 cases of mild quality, 124 cases of biased quality, most of which were Qi deficiency quality and qi depression quality; FT3 and FT4 levels of biased quality patients were significantly lower than those of mild quality patients, TSH, TPOAb and TGAb levels were significantly higher than those of mild quality patients (P Female, unstable occupation, coastal city life, biased constitution, genetic history, smoking, drinking and frequent consumption of seafood were the risk factors of CLT (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the incidence of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis is closely related to sex, occupation, living area, constitution type, heredity, smoking, drinking and seafood consumption, among which constitution plays an important role in CLT.
