      目的 对国家卫健委及部分省、直辖市和自治区发布的新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医药诊疗方案进行分析,归纳大黄不同炮制品的应用规律。方法 将诊疗方案进行筛选归纳,统计大黄在方案中的用法、用量、制法及疾病分型、分期,探讨大黄制法、用法与功效、疾病间的联系。结果 通过分析发现大黄发挥“泻下攻积、清热泻火”用于疫毒壅肺、疫毒闭肺等重症、危重症中用生大黄较多,而在儿科多用熟大黄;既“活血化瘀又通里攻下”用于恢复期患者选用熟大黄居多。结论 这些研究结果为大黄的临床精准使用与相关药物创制提供了参考。
英文摘要:
      objective To analyze the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment program of COVID-19 released by national health commission and some provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and summarize the application rules of different prepared products of Rhubarb. Methods the diagnosis and treatment programs were screened and summarized, and the usage, dosage, preparation method, disease classification and stages of Rhubarb in the program were counted. Results through analysis, it was found that Rhubarb was more commonly used in severe and critical diseases, such as epidemic virus obstructing lung and epidemic virus closing lung.Both "promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and through the attack" for convalescent patients to choose cooked Rhubarb is the majority.Conclusion these results provide reference for the accurate clinical use of Rhubarb and the creation of related drugs.
