      代谢组学属于系统生物学的分支,被广泛应用于自身免疫性疾病的探究中,近年来自身免疫性甲状腺疾病发病率攀升,代谢组学被逐步运用到该疾病的研究当中,本文就代谢组学在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的研究进展作一综述。在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病领域代谢组学主要用于比较Graves病与桥本甲状腺炎代谢产物的差异,探究Graves病患者接受药物治疗后甲状腺功能改变的生理变化,鉴别Graves病和Graves眼病。进一步深入探索代谢组学在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病中的作用,可以为该疾病的诊断、鉴别及精准治疗提供新的研究思路与路径。
英文摘要:
      Metabonomics is a branch of systems biology, which is widely used in the study of autoimmune diseases.In recent years, the incidence rate of autoimmune thyroid diseases has increased, and metabonomics has been gradually applied to the study of the disease,this article will review the progress of metabonomics in autoimmune thyroid disease.In the field of autoimmune thyroid diseases, metabonomics is mainly used to compare the differences of metabolites between Graves' disease and Hashimoto's thyroiditis,to investigate the physiological changes of thyroid function in Patients with Graves' disease after drug treatment and to distinguish Graves disease from Graves ophthalmopathy.Further exploration of the role of metabolomics in autoimmune thyroid disease will provide new research ideas and paths for the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and precise treatment of the disease.
