      目的:研究验方鼻窦炎合剂对鼻窦炎患者相关症状及鼻腔黏膜纤毛传输功能的影响;方法:将2016年9至2019年12月徽县人民医院门诊就诊的120例慢性鼻窦炎患者,通过数字随机法分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组服用验方鼻窦炎合剂治疗,对照组罗红霉素治疗,均治疗2周后,评估临床疗效,症状体征改善情况;用糖精实验法,记录治疗前、治疗后7天及14天治疗鼻黏液纤毛传输时间,对鼻黏液纤毛功能进行评价。结果: ①治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率为91.66%,对照组为77.7 %,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。②治疗前观察组与对照组主要症状及鼻内镜检查积分( P>0.05),有统计学意义;治疗后两组治疗前后比较均有不同程度下降(P<0.05)。观察组改善程度尤为显著(P<0.01),具有显著统计学意义。③观察两组治疗前后患者鼻黏液膜纤毛传输时间均值,观察组与对照组比较治疗前P>0.05,治疗后P<0.001;同组间治疗前与治疗后7天、14天比较P<0.001。观察组治疗后鼻黏液纤毛传输时间缩短( P<0.01)。结论:验方鼻窦炎合剂具有清热祛除湿,抗菌消炎作用,使气机功能恢复,对鼻窦炎的鼻塞、流涕、头痛及伴随症状均具有改善或消除功能,并且增强鼻黏液纤毛系统防御机制及传输功能,同时减少鼻黏膜分泌物的作用,从而促进鼻腔黏膜的恢复的作用,鼻窍通畅,从而达到治疗鼻窦炎作用。

      Objective: To study the effect of experimental prescription nasosinusitis mixture on the related symptoms and ciliary transmission function of nasal mucosa in patients with sinusitis; methods: 120 cases of chronic sinusitis patients in the outpatient department of Huixian people"s Hospital from September 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect and the improvement of symptoms and signs were evaluated; using saccharin test method, the nasal mucociliary transmission time before treatment, 7 days and 14 days after treatment was recorded, and the nasal mucus ciliary function was evaluated. Results: ① after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.66%, and that of the control group was 77.7%. The observation group was better than the control group (P < 0.01). ② Before treatment, the main symptoms and nasal endoscopy scores of the observation group and the control group were statistically significant (P > 0.05); after treatment, the scores of the two groups decreased to varying degrees (P < 0.05). The improvement degree of the observation group was particularly significant (P < 0.01), with significant statistical significance. ③ The mean value of nasal mucociliary transport time of the two groups before and after treatment was observed. The observation group was compared with the control group, P > 0.05 before treatment and P < 0.001 after treatment; the comparison between the two groups before treatment and 7 days and 14 days after treatment in the same group was p < 0.001. The nasal mucociliary transmission time of the observation group was shortened after treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion: the experimental prescription of nasosinusitis mixture has the function of clearing away heat, eliminating dampness, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, restoring the function of Qi mechanism, improving or eliminating the nasal congestion, runny nose, headache and accompanying symptoms of sinusitis, enhancing the defense mechanism and transmission function of nasal mucociliary system, reducing the secretion of nasal mucosa, so as to promote the recovery of nasal mucosa and smooth nasal orifices In order to achieve the treatment of sinusitis.
