      目的 观察葛根提取物、绞股蓝提取物与红曲配伍制成的胶囊制剂对实验性高血脂大鼠的降血脂效果。 方法 将SPF级雄性大鼠随机分为对照组和低(200 mg/kg·bw)、中(400 mg/kg·bw)、高(800 mg/kg·bw)剂量组,每组10只。每组给予高脂饲料喂养并喂饲不同浓度受试物,连续灌胃30 d后,根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》辅助降血脂检测评价方法,测定各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol, TC)、三酰甘油 (Triglyceride, TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High-density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C)水平。结果 模型对照组实验后与实验前比较,大鼠的血清TC、TG均明显升高,表明高脂血症模型成立。高剂量组血清三酰甘油(1.10±0.45)mmol/L和血清总胆固醇(2.99±0.49)mmol/L均低于高脂模型对照组,且血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.07±0.16)mmol/L高于高脂模型对照组,中剂量组血清三酰甘油(1.17±0.23)mmol/L低于高脂模型对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高剂量组对实验性高血脂症大鼠具有较好的辅助降血脂作用。

      Objective To observe effect of the extracts from Radix Puerariae,Red yeast rice and Gynostemma Pentaphyllum prepared in hyperlipidemia mice. Methods In accordance with method for the assessment of reducing blood lipids in Technical Standards for Testing and Assessment of Health Food, 40 SPF male mice(150-183g) were randomly divided into four equal groups (the model control group and three dose groups of 200mg/kg·bw、400mg/kg·bw、800mg/kg·bw).Each group was fed with high-fat diet and different concentrations of the test substance.The levels of Serum total cholesterol(TC), Triglyceride(TG) and High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were measured after continuously intragastric infusion for 30 days. Results After the experiment, the serum TC and TG of the model control group were significantly increased, indicating that the hyperlipidemia model was established. The four groups had no significant effect on the weight increase in mice(P>0.05).The levels of TG and TC in high dose group(1.10±0.45 and 2.99±0.49mmol/L, respectively) were significantly lower than that in model control group(P<0.05), the level of HDL-C in high dose group(1.07±0.16mmol/L) was significantly higher than that in model control group(P<0.05),the levels of TG in middle dose group(1.17±0.23mmol/L) was significantly lower than that in model control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The high extract from radix puerariae,red yeast rice and gynostemma pentaphyllum in this study has function of reducing blood lipids.
