| 目的 探究针灸联合肩宁汤治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)的临床效果。方法 选取2020年10月～2021年10月期间我院收治的脑卒中后SHS患者86例,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=43)、观察组(n=43),对照组接受肩宁汤治疗,观察组接受肩宁汤联合针灸治疗。比较治疗总有效率、治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、手部水肿积分、Fugl-Meyer(MFA)评分、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分以及关节活动度(ROM)。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为88.37%,显著高于对照组的65.12%(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后,VAS评分、水肿积分相比治疗前显著下降(P＜0.05),观察组下降更显著；MFA评分、MBI评分、关节活动度显著提升,观察组上升更显著(P＜0.05)。结论 针灸联合肩宁汤能够有效提升脑卒中后SHS治疗有效率,减轻疼痛、水肿症状,促进肢体运动功能恢复,提升患者生活自理能力,具有较高应用价值。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Jianning Decoction on shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) after stroke. Methods A total of 86 patients with post-stroke SHS admitted to the hospital were enrolled between October 2020 and October 2021. According to random number table method, they were divided into control group (n=43) and observation group (n=43). The patients in control group were treated with Jianning Decoction, while those in observation group were additionally treated with acupuncture. The total response rate of treatment, scores of visual analogue scale (VAS), hand edema, Fugl-Meyer Assessment (MFA) and modified Barthel index (MBI), and range of motion (ROM) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total response rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (88.37% vs 65.12%) (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS and edema scores in both groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), which were significantly lower in observation group than control group. After treatment, MFA and MBI scores, and ROM in both groups were significantly increased, which were significantly higher in observation group than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Jianning Decoction can effectively improve curative effect on SHS after stroke, relieve pain and edema, promote the recovery of limb motor function and improve self-care ability of patients. |
