| 大量清水样鼻涕是变应性鼻炎的主要特征,“水湿”贯穿于变应性鼻炎的发生、发展的整个过程中。因该病以寒证为主,故采用温化水湿之法。根据“用药须使邪有出路”的观点出发,探讨祛除水湿的通路。一是根据“病痰饮者,当以温药和之”的大法,使水湿从内化,常运用健脾温肾化湿之苓桂术甘汤、金匮肾气丸、真武汤等。二是根据“其在皮者,汗而发之”,使水湿从表出,常运用调和营卫、辛温升散的桂枝汤、小青龙汤、麻黄附子细辛汤等。三是根据“其高者,因而越之”,使水湿从上出,常运用苍耳子散等轻清升散之品温肺通窍,此法没有前两种方法常用,有研究支持该方有去水湿作用,可供临床借鉴。 |

| A large number of clear water-like noses are the main characteristics of allergic rhinitis, and ‘ water dampness ’ runs through the whole process of the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis. Because the disease is mainly cold syndrome, the method of warming water and dampness is used. According to the point of view that ' drug use must make evil have a way out ', explore the path of removing dampness. One is according to the ' disease phlegm drinkers, should be warm medicine and the law, so that water from the internalization, often use the spleen warm kidney wet Linggui Zhugan decoction, Jinkui Shenqi pill, Zhenwu decoction. Second, according to the ' in the skin, sweat and hair ', so that water from the surface, often used to reconcile Yingwei, Xinwen Shengsan Guizhi Decoction, Xiaoqinglong Decoction, Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction. Thirdly, according to ‘ the higher, the more ’, the water-dampness will come out from the top, and the Cangerzi Powder and other light-clearing and ascending powder are often used to warm the lung and dredge the orifices. This method is not commonly used in the first two methods, and some studies support that this prescription has the effect of removing water-dampness, which can be used for clinical reference. |
