| 金氏脉学是金伟教授历经五十年临床研究独创的一套全新的、独特的脉学理论体系,其核心的基本概念即脉形,通过脉形的构建可以对疾病进行科学的定性、定位、定量诊断。本研究从胃癌入手,介绍胃癌脉形构建的基本方法,特征采集提取的要点,并应用金氏脉学的脉形诊断标准对胃癌进行初步诊断,与胃镜检查做对应,探讨其临床价值,提出一种通过脉诊就能诊断胃癌的方法,为临床早发现、早治疗寻找客观依据。 |

| Using the pulse shape characteristics of King"s pulse diagnosis to make a preliminary diagnosis of gastric cancer, this paper puts forward a method that can diagnose gastric cancer through pulse diagnosis, so as to find an objective basis for clinical early detection and early treatment. |
