| 目的 探讨骨痛灵酊联合手法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。 方法 将92例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组，对照组46例予膝关节手法治疗。观察组46例在对照组的基础上予以骨痛灵酊外敷治疗。观察并对比两组治疗后的有效率、膝关节WOMAC评分和VAS评分。结果 观察组的总有效率为95.7%，对照组的总有效率为78.3%，观察组显著优于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组的膝关节WOMAC评分改善显著优于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组的膝关节VAS评分显著低于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 骨痛灵酊联合手法治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效显著，可有效缓解患者症状，改善关节功能。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gutongling tincture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 92 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, and 46 control patients were treated with knee manipulation. The 46 patients in the observation group were treated with Gutongling tincture on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Effective rate, knee WOMAC score and VAS scores were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.7% and 78.3% of the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (p <0.05); In the term of the WOMAC score, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (p <0.05) ; the knee VAS score was significantly lower than the control group (p <0.05), after treatment. Conclusion The clinical effect of Gutongling on knee osteoarthritis is remarkable, which can effectively relieve patients" symptoms and improve joint function. |
