| 【摘要】甘肃是一个中医药大省，拥有丰富的中医药资源和深厚的中医药文化底蕴，在历史发展的长河中，涌现出众多中医名家。在针灸方面，贡献最大的乃属世界针灸鼻祖皇甫谧。皇甫谧撰写的《针灸甲乙经》奠定了针灸学的理论基础。新医科背景下传承皇甫谧针灸学术思想，使其古为今用，对打造甘肃皇甫谧针灸文化品牌、培养卓越医学人才，促进学科交叉，发挥针灸在临床疾病诊疗中的优势提供理论依据，切实有效的为“健康中国”战略实施发挥应有之力。 |

| Abstract ：Gansu is a major province of traditional Chinese medicine, There are rich resources and profound cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine here. There emerged many famous TCM practitioners in the long history of development.In terms of acupuncture and moxibustion, the greatest contribution is the originator of acupuncture and moxibustion in the world, Huangfumi.The "Acupuncture and Moxibustion JiaYi Jing" written by Huang Fumi laid the theoretical foundation of acupuncture and moxibustion science.Inheriting the academic thought of Huangfuli acupuncture and moxibustion under the background of new medical science, making it useful for the present, providing theoretical basis for building the cultural brand of Huangfuli acupuncture and moxibustion in Gansu, cultivating outstanding medical talents, promoting interdisciplinary, giving play to the advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion in clinical disease diagnosis and treatment, and effectively playing its due role in the implementation of the strategy of "Healthy China". |
