| 摘要 目的 观察扶中散腺方治疗儿童腺样体肥大（肺脾气虚证）的临床疗效。方法 选取 2021年3月~2022年8月于湖北省中医院诊断为腺样体肥大（肺脾气虚证）并接受扶中散腺方治疗患儿，疗程大于1个月且临床资料完整者86例，观察治疗前后腺样体的大小及主要症状（鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸）积分变化情况。结果 86例患儿中47例治疗结束后进行腺样体影像学复查，显示扶中散腺方对缩小腺样体体积总有效率93.62%(44/47)，治疗后腺样体体积明显减小（P＜0.01）。主要症状积分在治疗1、2、3疗程后均有明显下降（P值均＜0.01），有效率分别为88.37%（76/86），98.65%(73/74)，100%(49/49)。结论 中药复方扶中散腺方可缩小腺样体大小，改善腺样体肥大主要临床症状，且未出现不良反应。 |

| Abstract: Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuzhong Sanxian Prescription in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy (Lung spleen qi deficiency syndrome) in children. Method: From March 2021 to August 2022, 86 kids were diagnosed with adenoid hypertrophy (pulmonary and spleen deficiency syndrome) in Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and received Fuzhong SanXian prescription. The course of treatment was more than 1 month and the clinical data were complete. Results:Adenoid imaging review was carried out after 47 of 86 children after treatment, which showed that Fuzhong San Gland Prescription had a total efficiency of 93.62% (44/47) in reducing adenoid volume, and the adenoid volume decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion: It can reduce the volume of adenoid and improve the main clinical symptoms of adenoid hypertrophy without any adverse effects. |
