| 随着人民生活水平的提高，肥胖的发病率也不断上升，并逐渐成为影响人们健康的不可忽视的危险因素，给国家和个人增添了医疗和经济负担。相对于西医，中医中药依据辨证分型治疗单纯性肥胖疗效确切、副作用小。结合近十年的临床和动物实验等文献，将单纯性肥胖的病因病机、辨证论治及相关机制进行综述，以期推动单纯性肥胖的中药治疗及其相关机制的进一步研究。 |

| With the improvement of people’s living standard, the incidence of obesity is also on the rise. Obesity gradually becomes a non-negligible risk factor affecting people’s health, which adds medical and economic burden to our country and individuals. Compared with modern medicine, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is effective in treating simple obesity according to syndrome differentiation and has fewer side effects. According to the recent ten years of clinical and animal experiments and other literatures, this paper reviews the research and progress in the etiology, pathogenesis, differentiation, treatment and the relevant mechanisms, in order to promote the TCM treatment of simple obesity and further study of relevant mechanisms. |
