| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, COPD)是老年人常见病、多发病。尽管目前COPD的治疗措施可以改善患者临床症状，但经济负担较大，存在一定药物副作用，且不能有效阻止病程进展及降低死亡率。中医学对于治疗该病的症状具有完整的理论和确切疗效。COPD可归属中医学“肺胀”范畴,病位主要在肺,涉及五脏六腑,其中以肺脾关系最为密切。本文通过对“内伤脾胃，百病由生”角度的探析，结合肠道微生态与脾胃及COPD的现代研究，阐述“培土生金”法论治COPD的有效性及科学性，为从脾胃论COPD提供理论依据。 |

| Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a common and frequent disease in the elderly. Although the current treatment measures of COPD can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, the economic burden is large, there are certain drug side effects, and can not effectively prevent the progression of the disease and reduce the mortality.?Traditional Chinese medicine has a complete theory and definite curative effect for treating the symptoms of this disease.?COPD can be classified into the category of "lung swelling" in traditional Chinese medicine. The disease location is mainly in the lung, involving the five viscera and six organs, among which the lung and spleen are most closely related.?Based on the analysis of "internal injury of the spleen and stomach, all diseases arising from", combined with intestinal microecology and modern research on the spleen and stomach and COPD, this paper expounds the effectiveness and scientific nature of "reinforcing earth to strengthen metal" method in treating COPD, providing theoretical basis for the discussion of COPD from the spleen and stomach. |
