| 目的 观察乌蛇止痒丸联合依巴斯汀片治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。 方法 选取慢性湿疹患者60例，按随机数字表法随机分为观察组30例与对照组30例。观察组给予乌蛇止痒丸联合依巴斯汀片治疗，对照组给予依巴斯汀片治疗，两组均外用地奈德乳膏外敷。比较2组治疗前后湿疹面积和严重程度指数（eczema area and severity index, EASI）评分、研究者整体评分（the investigator’s global assessment, IGA）、瘙痒程度视觉模拟尺（visual analogue scale, VAS）评分、复发率及不良反应发生率。 结果 治疗1周后，观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗4周后，观察组EASI、IGA、VAS评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），不良反应发生率组间比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；随访观察1个月，观察组复发率低于对照组，但组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论 乌蛇止痒丸联合依巴斯汀片治疗慢性湿疹可有效减轻瘙痒程度，改善红斑，减少皮损渗出，降低复发率，且安全性良好，值得临床应用推广。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wushe Zhiyang Pills with Ebastine tablets in patients with chronic eczema. Methods: A total of 60 patients with Chronic Eczema were divided into research group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to the random number table method. Patients in the research group received Wushe Zhiyang Pills and Ebastine tablets, and who in the control group received Ebastine tablets. Meanwhile, all the patients in the two groups received Desonide Cream. The scores of the eczema area and severity index (EASI)，the investigator’s global assessment (IGA), and the visual analogue scale (VAS) were compared before and after treatment. The recurrence rate after treatment were compared. Adverse effects throughout the clinical trial were observed. Results: The scores of VAS at 1 week of treatment, and EASI, IGA, VAS at 4 weeks of treatment in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). In regard to the recurrence rate and adverse effects, the difference between the research and control groups did not reach significance (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Wushe Zhiyang Pills combined with Ebastine tablets could effectively reduce the recurrence rate and relieve clinical symptoms of erythema, edema/papulation, excoriation, and lichenification in chronic eczema with good safety, so it is worthy of clinical application. |
