| 目的: 研究凉血消疕汤联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊口服、外敷龙珠软膏治疗寻常型银屑病患者的皮肤镜征象观察 方法:将于我院2021年1月-2022年12月皮肤科门诊就诊的183例血热证银屑病患者的病例。采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=91)和对照组(n=92),对照组给予复方甘草酸苷和龙珠软膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予凉血消疕汤。对比两组患者治疗前后3周中医症候积分、皮肤镜征象、皮损程度。对比两组患者临床疗效；对比两组患者治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果：治疗后,相对于对照组,观察组中医症候积分显著更低(P＜0.05)；治疗后,相对于对照组,观察组扩张血管直径、血管密度显著更低(P＜0.05)；治疗后,观察组皮损程度评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；相比对照组总有效率86.95%(80/92),观察组95.60%(87/91)显著更高(P＜0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率4.38(2/91)与对照组10.86%(3/92)差异不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：凉血消疕汤联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊口服、外敷龙珠软膏治疗能够改善寻常型银屑病患者的皮肤镜征象和皮损情况,疗效较好,不会增加不良反应的发生。 |

| Objective: To study the dermatoscopic signs in patients with blood-heat syndrome psoriasis treated with Liangxue Xiaobi Decoction combined with oral compound glycyrrhizin capsules and topical Longzhu ointment. Methods: A total of 183 patients with blood-heat syndrome psoriasis in the Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into observation group (n=91) and control group (n=92). The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin and Longzhu ointment, and the observation group was treated with Liangxue Xiaobi Decoction based on the control group. The scores of TCM symptoms, dermatoscopic signs, and skin lesions before and after treatment; the clinical efficacy; the adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups of patients. Results: After treatment, compared with the control group, the TCM syndrome score of observation group was significantly lower (P＜0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the expanded blood vessel diameter and blood vessel density were significantly lower in observation group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the score of skin lesions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher [86.95% (80/92) vs. 95.60% (87/91), P＜0.05]. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was and the control group, the difference was not statistically significant [4.38 (2/91) vs. 10.86% (3/92), P>0.05]. Conclusion: The combination of Liangxue Xiaobi Decoction combined with oral compound glycyrrhizin capsules and topical Longzhu ointment can treat the dermatoscopic signs and skin lesions in patients with Aishan blood-heat syndrome psoriasis with good efficacy and no new adverse reactions. |
