| 目的 基于数据挖掘分析中国知网数据库从建库至今的中药治疗2型糖尿病（T2DM）的用药规律分析。方法 筛选CNKI数据库中中医治疗T2DM的文献,通过文献筛选整理，将符合标准的方剂录入Excel表格,再导入古今医案云平台,对数据证型、治法、药物频次、配伍等组方规律进行分析。结果 纳入中药复方792首，328味中药，得出平性药、甘味药占比最多，归经以肺、脾为多，核心药物为“黄芪、丹参、茯苓、生地黄、山药、黄连、甘草、葛根、白术、麦冬”。结论 中医药治疗T2DM以益气养阴、活血化瘀、健脾益气为主，用药以补益药、清热药、活血化瘀药为多。 |

| Objective To analyze the drug usage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) based on data mining. Through literature screening and sorting, the qualified prescriptions were entered into excel, and then imported into the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform to analyze the data syndrome type, treatment, drug frequency, compatibility and other prescription rules. Results a total of 792 prescriptions containing 328 herbs were included. The results showed that the proportion of pacified drugs and sweet drugs was the most, lung and spleen were the most, and the core drugs were Huangqi(Astragalus membranaceus), Danshen(salvia miltiorrhiza), Fuling(Poria),Shengdihuang(rehmannia glutinosa), Shanyao(Chinese yam), Huanglian(Coptis chinensis), Gancao(glycyrrhiza), Gengen(radix puerariae), Baizhu(Largehead Atractylodes Rh), Maidong(Radix ophiopogonis). Conclusion TCM treatment of T2DM is mainly focuses on supplementing qi and nourishing Yin, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, clearing heat and generating fluid, and the drugs for tonifying, clearing heat and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are more common. |
