| 目的：介绍肝郁肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕患者行补肾疏肝汤结合针刺治疗的方法,并分析临床疗效。方法：选择在我院接受治疗的80例肝郁肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕患者作为研究对象,时间跨度2022年1月-2022年12月,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=40例)和观察组(n=40例)。对照组行常规西药治疗,在此基础上观察组行补肾疏肝汤结合针刺。对两组排卵率、妊娠率、不良反应发生率及治疗前后激素水平变化进行观察和对比。结果：治疗后观察组FSH、E2水平更高、PRL、LH水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组排卵率和妊娠率比较,观察组排卵率、妊娠率更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组不良反发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：在常规西药治疗的基础上对肝郁肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕患者行补肾疏肝汤结合针刺,可进一步改善患者的激素水平,提高排卵率和妊娠率,且不会增加不良反应,具有较高的应用价值。 |

| Objective: To introduce the method of using Bushen Shugan Tang combined with acupuncture to treat ovulatory dysfunction infertility patients with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency, and analyze the clinical efficacy. Method: 80 patients with ovulation disorders of liver depression and kidney deficiency type who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, with a time span of January 2022 to December 2022. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=40 cases) and an observation group (n=40 cases) using a random number table method. The control group received routine Western medicine treatment, and on this basis, the observation group received Bushen Shugan Tang combined with acupuncture. Observe and compare the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, incidence of adverse reactions, and changes in hormone levels before and after treatment between the two groups. Result: After treatment, the observation group had higher levels of FSH and E2, lower levels of PRL and LH, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the two groups, the observation group had a higher ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, the combination of Bushen Shugan Tang and acupuncture can further improve the patient"s hormone levels, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, without increasing adverse reactions, and has high application value. |
