| 肿瘤免疫疗法是当前肿瘤治疗和药物开发的最新热点，其通过改善T细胞耗竭、增加T细胞浸润以及T细胞杀伤功能重新驱动肿瘤组织内固有免疫细胞杀伤功能，恢复机体正常的抗肿瘤免疫反应，从而清除肿瘤细胞。传统中医药基于 “扶正”兼 “祛邪”的基本治则治疗肿瘤，即通过增强机体的抗癌免疫力和抑制肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖、侵袭和迁移来抑制肿瘤的发生发展。本文着重探讨中药在肿瘤中发挥的免疫调节作用，重点阐述中药在癌症中的“扶正”作用。 |

| Tumor immunotherapy is the latest hot spot in the development of current tumor therapeutic drugs. It can restore the body""s normal anti-tumor immune response by inhibiting the exhaustion of T cells, enhance the infiltration of T cells in Tumor tissue and the killing function of T cells to re-drive Tumor intrinsic immune function, thereby eliminating tumor cells. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is based on "strengthening health" and "eliminating pathogens" as the basic treatment principles for tumor treatment, which inhibits the occurrence and development of tumors by enhancing the anti-cancer immunity of the body and inhibiting the growth, proliferation, invasion and migration of tumor cells. This article focuses on the immunomodulatory role of traditional Chinese medicine in cancer, and focuses on the "strengthening" role of traditional Chinese medicine in cancer. |
