| 目的：探讨我院自研消肿散洗剂在治疗痔疮术后创面中的临床效果。 方法：自2022年1月~2023年6月行混合痔切除术的80例患者,按照治疗方法分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组行术后常规治疗和护理,研究组应用消肿散洗剂外洗,对比术后第3d、第5d的创面VAS评分、术后第3天创面增生肉芽组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达水平、术后首次排便时间和住院时间。 结果：研究组术后第3d、第5d的创面VAS评分低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组术后第3天创面增生肉芽组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达水平高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组术后首次排便时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。 结论：我院自制消肿散洗剂可减轻痔疮术后疼痛、增加创面肉芽组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达水平、缩短术后首次排便时间和住院时间,有效促进创面的愈合。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of our self-developed Xiaozhongsan lotion in the treatment of postoperative hemorrhoids wounds. Method: 80 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoidectomy from January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into a study group (40 cases) and a control group (40 cases) according to the treatment method. The control group received routine postoperative treatment and care, while the study group received external washing with Xiaozhongsan lotion. The VAS scores of the wound on the 3rd and 5th days after surgery, the expression level of vascular endothelial growth factor in the granulation tissue of the wound on the 3rd day after surgery, as well as the first postoperative bowel movement time and hospitalization time were compared. Result: The VAS score of the wound in the study group on the 3rd and 5th postoperative days was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The expression level of vascular endothelial growth factor in the granulation tissue of the study group on the 3rd day after surgery was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The first postoperative bowel movement time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Our self-developed Xiaozhongsan Lotion can alleviate postoperative pain in hemorrhoids, increase the content of vascular endothelial growth factor in wound granulation tissue, shorten the first postoperative bowel movement time and hospitalization time, and effectively promote wound healing. |
