| 目的 评价加味五虎追风散联合康复疗法治疗帕金森病（PD）的疗效及成本-效果分析。方法 120例PD患者随机分为西药组、中药+西药组、综合治疗组各40例。西药组予多巴丝肼片治疗；中药+西药组在多巴丝肼片基础上联合中药加味五虎追风散；综合治疗组则在中药+西药组的基础上加康复疗法。疗程均为12周。分别于治疗前后检测患者统一帕金森评分量表（UPDRS）及中医证候评分，治疗后分别对其疗效及成本-效果进行评价。结果 治疗后三组患者UPDRS、中医证候评分均明显改善，且综合治疗组改善幅度更大（P＜0. 05）；综合治疗组总有效率明显优于西药组及中药+西药组（P<0.05）；综合治疗组中医症候评分平均治疗成本-效果比显著低于西药组及中药+西药组；UPDRS评分治疗成本-效果评价方面，西药组最低，综合治疗组居中，中药+西药组最高；各组患者不良反应发生率无差异（P＞0. 05）。结论 综合疗法治疗PD临床效果明显，治疗价格相对低廉，安全性高，兼具经济效益和社会效益，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of modified Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder combined with rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of Parkinson 's disease ( PD ). Methods：A total of 120 PD patients were randomly divided into western medicine group, Chinese medicine + western medicine group and comprehensive treatment group, with 40 cases in each group. The western medicine group was treated with levodopa and benserazide tablets ; chinese medicine + western medicine group on the basis of levodopa and benserazide tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine modified Wuhu Zhuifeng powder ; the comprehensive treatment group was treated with rehabilitation therapy on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. The Unified Parkinson 's Disease Rating Scale ( UPDRS ) and TCM syndrome scores were measured before and after treatment, and the efficacy and cost-effectiveness were evaluated after treatment. Results：After treatment, the UPDRS and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were significantly improved, and the improvement of the comprehensive treatment group was greater ( P < 0.05 ). The total effective rate of the comprehensive treatment group was significantly better than that of the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine + western medicine group ( P < 0.05 ). The average treatment cost-effectiveness ratio of TCM symptom score in the comprehensive treatment group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group. In terms of cost-effectiveness evaluation of UPDRS score, the western medicine group was the lowest, the comprehensive treatment group was in the middle, and the Chinese medicine + western medicine group was the highest. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the groups ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion：The clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of PD is obvious, the treatment price is relatively low, the safety is high, both economic and social benefits, it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
