| 非酒精性脂肪性肝病是常见的慢性肝病之一，可进展为肝硬化和肝癌，发病机制复杂且至今无特效药物，中医药在此显现出安全有效的优势，其中中医外治法取得了长足的进展，具有简便、安全、高效的特点。本文通过归纳总结近年来中医外治法治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关文献，探讨中医外治法在非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床应用中的疗效与特点，以期为中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病提供参考和思路。 |

| Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is one of the common chronic liver diseases, which can progress to cirrhosis and liver cancer. The pathogenesis is complex and there is no specific drug so far. Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of safety and effects here. Among them, the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has made great progress, which is simple, safe and efficient. By summarizing the relevant literature on the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, the efficacy and characteristics of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical application of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease are discussed, in order to provide reference and ideas for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. |
