| 目的 观察滋肾育胎丸治疗复发性流产的临床效果。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年6月就诊于德阳市人民医院门诊的复发性流产患者84例,按照随机数表法将患者分为滋肾育胎丸组与对照组,每组各42例。对照组患者予常规治疗,滋肾育胎丸组在常规治疗的基础上加用滋肾育胎丸,两组均持续服药至12周+6天。结果 治疗后滋肾育胎丸组HCG水平显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。对照组保胎成功率为61.90%,滋肾育胎丸组保胎成功率为71.43%,滋肾育胎丸组比对照组有提高保胎成功率的趋势(P＞0.05)。结论 常规保胎方案联合滋肾育胎丸治疗复发性流产效果良好,具有良好安全性,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Zishen Yutai Pill in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods：Eighty-four patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion who attended the outpatient clinic of Deyang People"s Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected, and were divided into Zishen Yutai Pill group and control group according to the method of random number table, with 42 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, while those in the Zishen Yutai Pill group were given Zishen Yutai Pill on the basis of conventional treatment. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks + 6 days. Results: HCG levels in the Zishen Yutai Pill group were significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The success rate of foetal preservation was 61.90% in the control group and 71.43% in the Zishen Yutai group, and there was a tendency to increase the success rate of foetal preservation in the Zishen Yutai group compared with that in the control group (P＞0.05). Conclusion：The effect of the conventional foetus preservation programme combined with Zishen Yutai Pill in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion is better and safety,It is worth of clinical promotion. |
