| 【】防己系列方出自《金匮要略》,为驱逐水气代表的方剂,善治风水与风湿,临床上用于治疗各种疾病引起的水肿,以防己黄芪汤为代表,还包括木防己汤、防己茯苓汤、己椒苈黄丸等,功善益气祛水。水饮邪气无处不在,更参与了慢性心力衰竭疾病的全程,祛除水饮成为了治疗心力衰竭的关键。本文分析了防己类方组方特点,探究其可能的作用机制,以期为防己系列方在慢性心力衰竭中应用提供依据及新的思路。 |

| Out the series from the golden chamber, for expelling formula of representative of water and good governance of feng shui and rheumatism, clinically used to treat various diseases caused by edema, in case of astragalus root soup as a representative, also including wood out the soup, stephania poria cocos soup, pepper Li yellow wandeng, work good gas expelling water. The evil spirit of water drinking is everywhere, and it is also involved in the whole process of chronic heart failure. Eliminating water drinking has become the key to the treatment of heart failure. In this paper, the characteristics of Fangji prescription were analyzed, and the possible mechanism of action was explored, in order to provide basis and new ideas for the application of Fangji prescription in chronic heart failure. |
