| 目的 观察银质针配合麻醉下手法松解治疗冻结肩的临床效果及副损伤情况。方法 选取2021年10月～2023年4月收治的100例冻结肩患者,按就诊号随机分为A组50例和B组50例。A组单用麻醉下手法松解治疗,B组用银质针配合麻醉下手法松解治疗。观察对比两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、临床疗效及副损伤情况。结果 两组患者疗程结束后VAS评分显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；B组疼痛程度改善显著优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；B组治疗总显效率为93.3%,A组治疗总显效率为81.8%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；B组治疗副损伤发生率为2.2%,A组治疗副损伤发生率9.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 银质针疗法配合麻醉下手法松解治疗冻结肩临床疗效优于单用麻醉下手法松解并减少了并发症。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect and side injuries of silver needle combined with manual release under anesthesia in the treatment of frozen shoulder. Method: 100 frozen shoulder patients admitted from October 2021 to April 2023 were randomly divided into Group A with 50 cases and Group B with 50 cases according to their visit numbers. Group A was treated with manual release under anesthesia alone, while Group B was treated with silver needles combined with manual release under anesthesia. Observe and compare the pain visual analogue scale (VAS), clinical efficacy, and side injuries between two groups of patients. Result: After the end of the treatment course, the VAS score of the two groups of patients significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); The improvement of pain level in Group B was significantly better than that in Group A, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The total effective rate of group B was 93.3%, while that of group A was 81.8%, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The incidence of side injuries during treatment in Group B was 2.2%, while the incidence of side injuries during treatment in Group A was 9.0%. The differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of silver needle therapy combined with manual release under anesthesia in the treatment of frozen shoulder is superior to that of manual release under anesthesia alone and reduces complications. |
